In short
Consultations can be cancelled free with notice. Money paid for care you have not received is refundable; completed treatment stages are not. International deposits return by the channel they came from.
Initial consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment, by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
A missed appointment without notice may require prepayment for rebooking.
IVF, ICSI, and frozen embryo transfer cycles require a deposit of 25% of the written estimate at the time the cycle is scheduled. Consultations, fertility testing, and diagnostic services require no deposit.
If treatment is cancelled before medicines are dispensed or procedures begin, amounts paid for services not yet rendered are refunded, less costs already incurred. Once a cycle has begun, fees for completed stages are non-refundable; unstarted stages are handled per your written estimate.
