An appointment request through the website is a request, not a confirmed booking. We confirm within 24 hours by phone, WhatsApp, or email. Fees quoted before consultation are estimates; a written personalized estimate is provided at consultation. Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
