2. Phase 1: Comprehensive Fertility Workup

Complete 6–8 weeks before travel — these tests rule out physiological barriers and ensure a safe pregnancy.

5. Phase 4: Post-Heartbeat & Transition to Local Care

Once a healthy heartbeat is confirmed at Week 6–8, we coordinate your transition to your home country.

Milestones for Graduation:

  • 1Week 9-10: Schedule your first appointment with a local Obstetrician/Gynecologist.
  • 2Medication Weaning: Follow the provided Discharge Protocol. You will typically taper off Estrogen and Progesterone from Week 12.
  • 3Week 11-13: Ensure your local provider schedules the Nuchal Translucency (NT) Scan.
  • 4Documentation: Angel Fertility will provide a full Clinical Summary for your local doctor.
